The working principle is: place the test cylinder in a special water jacket, pressurize the test cylinder with a high-pressure pump, automatically enter the pressure maintaining state after reaching the set pressure, and carry out pressure test on the test cylinder. At the same time, the volume of the cylinder expands under the test pressure, squeezing part of the water in the water jacket into the water cup of the water volume collection system, which is the volume of the test cylinder The deformation is transmitted to the industrial computer through the water quantity collection system. After the cylinder is depressurized, the elastic deformation disappears, so the water in the water collection system returns to the water jacket, and the unreturned water is the volume residual deformation of the tested cylinder. The percentage of volume residual deformation and total deformation is the volume residual deformation rate of gas cylinder. Through the test, the volume residual deformation rate of the gas cylinder can be accurately measured to ensure the safe use of the gas cylinder.
